Welcome to Mrs. Cuomo's Web Page

Hello to all parents and students!!  As the Middle School Counselor, I work with students in grades 6-8, as well as 9th grade students with last names ending in L-Z.  I will assist students, teachers, parents and administrators in various ways.  Some of these include: helping students as they identify and achieve their individual goals both academically and personally, counseling students with any issues they may face including self-esteem and responsible decision making , as well as working with parents, teachers and administrators concerning the academic and personal growth of each child.

I look forward to a successful year at Chester Middle School!

Please feel free to contact me anytime at 469-2231 ext. 3309.  If I am not available please leave a message.  I make it a policy to return all phone calls within 24 hours.

All middle school students will participate in student advisory every Wednesday morning from 7:45-8:00.  Advisory is a time to discuss topics relating to character education.  Middle school is a time when children are transitioning to young adulthood.  In advisory, students will begin learning how to be a responsible member of the community and make wise decisions.  We will discuss topics relating to responsibility, decision making, respect for self and others, honesty and fairness.  Meeting in small groups will allow all students to participate and learn the importance of ethics and values
